market place to develop, and establish schedule benchmarking. Provide
schedule information to support decision and alternative selection. Gather
key information from Project team to establish schedule. Establish milestones
for project to measure progress. Create Baseline schedule to measure progress
against. ·

Accountabilities: Update schedule weekly or as needed to identify progress.
Provide input to the development of the scheduling plan. Provide input to the
PEP and support the development of focus areas, and detailed plans .Establish
schedule and monitor throughout life of the project. Identify activities for

Tasks: Program Planning & Integration responsible for the planning and
scheduling utilizing Primavera-P6 for multiple large engineering projects
with an emphasis on communication, coordination and compilation of varied,
multi-discipline and geographically dispersed data. Works closely with all
levels of the organization, in particular functional managers and the project
management teams to ensure accurate and timely schedule controls are put in
place and maintained during the project lifecycle. Directly supports projects
by proactively implementing processes and methodologies related to planning,
scheduling, schedule performance and resource requirements, capacity and

Accountabilities: Supervises activities when delegated utilizing Primavera-P6
. Ensures work is completed as scheduled. Identifies schedule-associated cost
trends for management attention. Functions as a Senior Construction Change
Control Coordinator for the Earned Value Management System. Responsible for
coordinating and tracking status regarding Trend Notice, Pro-forma, Schedule
and COBRA backup preparation from the Cost Account Manager and Central Change
Control group so that Trends are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
Also utilizing Primavera-P6 for building and maintenance of schedules
and generating project controls reports. Assists in other planning and
scheduling tasks as needs arise.

Provide project controls tools and systems necessary to manage, control, and
report on cost and schedule of dismantling, relocation, installation and
maintenance of the chemical plants. Utilization of Primavera P3 computer
scheduling tools for planning, implementing and monitoring project activities
and resources. Use scheduling tools, layouts and filters for generating
periodic project control reports. Developed and prepared plans and schedules
for engineering, procurement and construction of Chemical Reactors
construction project. Provide the tools and systems necessary to effectively
and proactively manage, and report on cost and schedule using Primavera P3
scheduling tools.
